Nevada Federal Judge Gloria Navarro Holds Second BLM Whistle-blower Memo by Larry Wooten Under Seal!

 

 

Ammon Bundy released a statement regarding a second memo from Whistle-blower Agent Wooten that has been sent to the DOJ, the Prosecution and the Defense Attorneys in the Cliven Bundy et al Trial in Nevada.

 

"Many of you will remember the first Wooten memo during the trial that exposed BLM Agent Dan Love's kill list, the snipers pointed at the protesters, the undisclosed 24 hour surveillance of the Bundy ranch, the prosecutorial misconduct of Steve Myhre surrounding this hidden discovery and much, much more. Shortly after the 1st memo was released, a mistrial with prejudice was ruled by Judge Navarro.  It was proven that the original grand jury indictment was filled with complete lies and yet no charges have been filed against those involved in this conspiracy. Hundreds of millions of tax paying dollars have been wasted incarcerating the innocent and trying men on false accusations. Two men were even convicted during the first trial on these false charges. Greg Burleson and Todd Engel. Others plead out under duress and coercion and men like Jerry DeLemus is in prison for this today.

 

Well, we have whistle-blower memo #2 that has been sent to the DOJ, the Prosecution and the Defense Attorneys, and it is currently under seal. Our question is always the same: "Why hide the truth"? Its so easy to tell, so just tell it and let the public decide who is in the wrong. The memo reveals that there are agents now willing to testify to even more egregious government misconduct in this case of The United States of America VS Cliven Bundy Et Al. Let them speak and let the truth be told!
 

It appears the prosecution keeps falling into the pit they dug for the people. Let us see Justice and Liberty for all and dismiss the ENTIRE original indictment against those who came to the aid of their neighbor in Bunkerville in 2014.

Todd Engel, convicted in Trial #1 "The Gunmen", is reporting that his Attorney Warren Markowitz and staff have been allowed to view the second Wooten Letter and take notes.  Todd was unable to disclose the information that was passed on to him through his Attorney, but is asking that the public contribute funds to secure the right to Depose Larry Wooten in order to use the information he disclosed in his second memo as evidence to clear all defendants in the Bundy Cases including those who entered into plead deals before trials began and throughout the trial process.  Engel reported that the Prosecution is referring to Wooten Memos as "hearsay" and will not give any credence to his claims rendering them null in Engel's defense.  Engel also reported that "the Prosecution withheld enormous amounts of exculpatory evidence" during each of the trials. 

In a telephone call in an attempt to "get the word out" about the opportunity to Depose Wooten, which may lead to deposing Wooten's boss at the BLM Kent Kleman, Steven Myhre former DOJ US Prosecutor Nevada who tried the three trials, and Neil Kornze the "linchpin" in the Bundy Ranch Entrapment Scheme linking Dan Love, Steven Myhre, Rory Reid, China Solar, Bureau of Land Management and the Department of the Interior with Harry Reid who made sure Gloria Navarro was appointed as a Federal Judge in Nevada.  Engel, referring to himself as big game that cost the United States Government $500 million to bag, "stuff and mount on the wall" and is asking the public's help in order to raise the funds that would provide the ammunition the legal team need in their Reconsideration efforts FINALLY being addressed by Judge Gloria Navarro after 3 months!  Attny Warren Markowitz said of the second installment of Wooten Letter number 2, "Wooten #2 is an indictment against the BLM's policies, procedures and operations, and makes Wooten #1 look like a bedtimes story and Wooten #2 the Ammityville Horror Show"!  The Defense say they have a copy of Larry Wooten's second letter in allies hands and hope it will be released to the public within a couple of weeks.

Engel reported other information including proof that the Dan Love was ordered to "pull out" of the Bunkerville area on April 11, 2014, as was reported in trials that previously took place.  The Bureau of Land Management did leave but left a contingent of Mercenaries behind to finish the job.  Engel also referred to a 6 man Sniper Unit at the Bundy Ranch April 5th & 6th long before the public started showing up with support with high powered equipment and surveillance equipment with the intention to kill Cliven Bundy and another 6 man unit to carry out a raid on the ranch and how Dan Love included a "call for men to be warriors" as a signature on every email he sent in an effort to get them ready for war.  Engel and his legal team which includes Jeff Danik FBI Retired are asking for donations in Todd Engel's defense.  Please donate using PayPal at paypal.me/wrmesq (specify for Todd Engel) or send them via
