Maybe this is news to you. There are over 40 men and some women being held IN PRISON before trial, mostly in the western states, in connection to the STAND UP in Bunkerville Nevada and Burns Oregon. The US Attorney's Office, in conjunction with the US Marshall's, are holding them against their will and depriving them of their Constitutional Rights!
In order to be imprisoned, you must be guilty of a crime, verdict being handed down by a jury of 12 of your peers, not a judge! They have not been given their right to a speedy trial!
You must first have committed a crime causing injury to a man, not a government! They committed none!
They MUST be allowed to prepare for their own defense. They are being denied communications while in prison with those who are helping to defend them, even refusing to forward legal documents and communications from council!
I am asking you to CALL the US Attorney's Office, a short 10 minutes is all it takes! Please be courageous and courteous as you call and kindly ask to speak to US Attorney Williams. If he is not available, leave a message for him by explaining your grievances to the person on the phone. Try to avoid being directed to use email. The person answering the calls may tell you they are not the person or department you need to speak to. Ask them, "with whom do you recommend I speak to"? This is just their attempt to silence us. Call at least once a day. We must be persistent in order to be effective. Ask your friends and family to help in our efforts to effect a release of our neighbors and fellow American's. Share this post on social media and email to your fellow Utahan's especially, we have members of our community being fed to the wolves by our unconstitutional Sheriffs and complicit bureaucrats. Cruel: Not seeing their family.

Why are they in jail for just taking pictures? How will they prepare for their defense, if they’re locked up? If you were pending trial, wouldn't you want the same rights extended to you? These men need to go home to their families! Will the protestors get the same deal as Hillary Clinton?
They are no threat to the safety of society.
These people have already been put in jeopardy and impoverished so reasonable bail is a must!
Jehovah taught through His parables how we should prepare ourselves, be good stewards and use our talents in bringing about His will and His judgements upon us and our nation. Let us serve Him by loving our neighbor.

Another
part of our history that's been stolen and hidden from us in an attempt
to remake America. Don't get me wrong, I think the flag depicted above
is beautiful! It's like the dress uniforms of our armed service, they
too stir the feelings of the soul of patriotic individuals but, we must
look past the symbolism to discover the truth.
I have
listened to my share of talk radio, and as I've done so heard many a
commentary on the US Flag as we know it. Some condemn the average
American for their displaying of "the flag" and their devotion to it, as
a symbol of America as founded, and the independence declared from a
tyrannical government. They continue with their diatribe on how
"stupid" they are and berate flag wavers like atheists do Christians for
believing in God! These commentators become so irate that they fail to
understand that the average American still believes in the dream, as
founded, memorialized in our founding documents. It is why we proudly
display what is commonly known as the Stars and Stripes...Old Glory.
When all the traditions patriotic individuals hold dear like, The Pledge
of Allegiance and public prayer, have been looked down upon in our
society, we cling to that symbol known to us as the US Flag. Now, let's
just stick to America at this point, because the point can be made for
other societies, that everything pertaining to our government at every
level has been co-opted and corrupted. The elite have been clever in
their schemes and, for the most part, very effective in the propaganda
they've employed to hide our history and control our thinking, and this
includes the advertising scheme behind our flag as we know it! First-
Let's talk about the Stars and Stripes, Old Glory. Let's REVEAL it's
true meaning and the symbol it is in remaking America, or the silent
coup it has become.
The Stars and Stripes (horizontal stripes) originated as a result of a resolution adopted by the Marine Committee of the Second Continental Congress
at Philadelphia on June 14, 1777. Strong evidence indicates that
Francis Hopkinson of New Jersey, a signer of the Declaration of
Independence, was responsible for the stars in the US Flag. At the time
the flag resolution was adopted, Hopkinson was the Chairman of the
Continental Navy Board's Middle Department. Hopkinson also helped
design other devices for the Government including the Great Seal of the
United States. The resolution gave the instruction "Resolved, that the
flag of the Untied States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white;
that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field representing a
new constellation."
This flag was used on military installations, ships in battle and
ports. In 1790 the customs laws were firmly in place so Secretary of
the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, went to work to establish the means
whereby to enforce the regulations. Hamilton suggested Congress appropriate $10,000 to build and maintain a fleet of ten revenue cutters, which were to function as customs collectors, who would be responsible for enforcing the tariff laws.
Notice the direction of the stripes on the flag.
Alexander Hamilton Instructed The Captains, "always keep in mind that their countrymen are freemen,
and, as such, are impatient of everything that bears the least mark of a
domineering spirit... They will endeavor to overcome difficulties, if any are
experienced, by a cool and temperate perseverance in their duty--by address and
moderation, rather than by vehemence or violence."
In 1799 Congress refined the revenue cutters' role in customs
operations known as the Customs Administration Act and determined that
the vessels should be distinguished by an "ensign and pendant", it also
allowed the vessels to fire at other vessels, "after raising the ensign
pendent a gun shall fire as a signal." The Revenue Cutter Service
served as the seagoing equivalent of a policeman's badge, the
distinctive sign of the vessel's law enforcement authority. As
Alexander Hamilton was replaced as Secretary of the Treasury, the job of
designing the ensign/pendant fell upon Oliver Wolcott. In June of 1799
Wolcott submitted his design to President John Adams for approval,
which included sixteen stripes (vertical, depicting rebellion, just as
Washington turned the British-East India Grand Union Flag on it's side
in 1775), alternating red and white, representing the number of states
that had joined the union by 1799. Wolcott's design of the vertical
stripes signified civilian authority, replacing the stars with his seal of the Arms of the United States
under the Treasury Department, rather than military authority under the
War Department. Thus, the horizontal stripes had become adopted for
use over military posts and the vertical stripes adopted for use over
civilian enterprises. The civilian flag signifies civil jurisdiction
under the Constitution and Common Law, as opposed to, military
jurisdiction under admiralty/military law. It was intended for
peacetime usage in customs/tariff houses and civilian settings and
adopted by merchants who could afford them. This flag became known as
the Customs Flag. Traditionally, you never saw flags of any nature
flying from government and other buildings unless it was a state flag.
The practice of using the Customs Flag as a Civil Flag became encoded
into law in 1874 when then Treasury Secretary William A Richardson
required all customhouses to display the Civil Flag as designed by
Wolcott.
Hold
on to your seats, it's going to be a bumpy ride! Conspiring men were
hard at work from here on out to corrupt our flag as we knew it and the
operation of our government. Shortly after World War I the flag
depicted above was modified to include thirteen stars, possibly in
reference to the original 13 colonies/states.
The US Civil Flag Of Peace displayed in 1919 by men after World War I
The
original design of the Civil Flag was as depicted below (16 vertical red
and white stripes, blue stars on a white background). You'll have a
hard time finding a photograph of it, even on Wiki's Page, it's absent!
At least the brave men of World War I had some recollection of the
Civil Flag which was known for peace. Their attempt to resurrect it was
memorialized in the photo above, and when you search the web for the US
Civil Flag of Peace your search will be flooded with "rainbow flags" of
all types. The attempt to hide this history, is in effect,
successful! On May 26, 1913 the Senate approved S2337
in which the Revenue Cutter Service, and the later organized
Life-Saving Service which included Lighthouses, were reorganized as the
Coast Guard Service to operate under the Treasury Department during
peacetime and under the Navy during wartime. Just one of the many
diabolical plans under President Woodrow Wilson. This was done shortly
after the fraudulent declaration by Secretary of State Philander Knox
that the 16th Amendment had been ratified. That same week the Federal Reserve System and the IRS were established.
The Civil Flag used by the Revenue Cutter Service was then modified by
adding the Coast Guard Insignia on the stripes, losing it's original
significance of civilian authority.

Since
1935 and the installation of Social Security and the "Buck Act" of 1940
in which the Federal Government created "federal areas" within the
boundaries of all the sovereign states and have entirely circumvented
the US Constitution bringing us under admiralty/military jurisdiction, the Merchant Law and Uniform Commercial Code or law of creditors and debtors
was instilled. The government now considers the states "territory" as
if it acquired it through purchase or conquest, thus imposing federal
territorial law upon those within the "federal area." The flag of the
Coast Guard and the US Flag Of War often display gold threaded edges and
fringe signifying admiralty. This scheme brought us under the "Law of Military Flags."
This flag is known as the "US Military Flag of War". This "Maritime
Law", "Law Merchant", "Admiralty Law" and "Commercial Law" signify that
Common Law and the Constitution Do No Apply! The plan devised to hide
our history and bring us into submission to those assuming titles of nobility was underway, with a complacent public raising no serious
questions. The propaganda was running rampant. People distracted by
war and the military industrial complex had soon forgotten our
history and they were admonished to believe what the elites were telling
them, "don't ask questions, think for yourselves or search for the
truth".
Displaying this flag throughout the country on every flagpole, in every
courtroom and in every persons hand at a parade is the warning to you
that your Common Law rights and the Constitution Are SUSPENDED, VOID!
This is why our government at every level treats us as subjects, as
guilty before proven innocent. This is why if you dare mention your
Common Law rights or the Constitution in a court room the judge may tell
you to "sit down and shut up!" Unbeknownst to you and perhaps every
attorney, you are in a Military/Admiralty Court of Wartime and Common Law and the Constitution do not apply!
This is why a judge may fine you or imprison you and deny you a "trial
by jury" where if the jury finds you not guilty the judge can rule as
they wish. So when you enter a government building a court or US
Congressional Office you've been warned that you are in effect entering a
maritime vessel where only Admiralty/Commercial Law applies, you agree
to waive your Common Law rights as well as those protected by the
Constitution. Ever wonder why many courtrooms depict old time ships?
It's no accident. In effect you are under the control of the ships
captain, who serves as judge, jury and executioner. You have no rights
under maritime rule. And, Maritime/Admiralty Law states, "an
UN-rebutted presumption becomes a fact of law", meaning that if you do
not object, then you consent!
What
to do? Let's start by taking back the narrative. Let's learn our true
history, repeat it and restore it! Let's replace the US Military Flag
of Wartime and obtain our Civil Flag of Peacetime, buried and hidden from our view by people who wish to have power over us and strip us of our Founding,
our Liberty, our assets and our dignity. It's another way to declare
our independence and restore what the inspired revolution created, Life,
Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness! It reaffirms our ability to
stand on our own supported by Common Law, freedom from an oppressive
government and statutes like the "Patriot Act" or now called the "US
Freedom Act". Let's perform a Liberty Restoration. A restoration
against tyranny and a despotic government. Let our Civil Flag of
Peacetime be our symbol of our Liberty Revolution, display it proudly
and never forget!
