City Master Plans Bait and Switch?

Herriman City Residents Fill Council Chambers With Concerns Over Multi-use Development Thursday Evening March 6, 2014

Herriman Utah- Described as a popular residential community since 2006, where buyers found "home sweet home." Where homes range from a starter home all the way up to $700,000 to $800,000. It's appeal stems from its small-community feel and number of neighborhood parks. Although a 225-unit apartment project was expected to be completed, and 100 new multifamily units were in the initial plan. Residents are voicing their opposition to the proposed development of the multi-use project moving forward. Communities like this establish themselves with single family dwellings to create a tax base and livibility, then, as most 20 year plans go, move forward in implementing the remaining spokes of the wheel to make their master plan move. It's hard to find a master plan that is not rooted in Agenda 21, or as it has been re-labeled, Sustainable Development, and Herriman City is no different.

As many of the citizens of Herriman are unaware of what the Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is all about, it might be helpful to link to some helpful information that will help citizens everywhere in constructing a "game plan" to help level the playing field and help combat its effects on your community and town leadership.

First, it's important to know that most cities are persuaded and influenced by NGO's (Non Governmental Organizations) advocating for Agenda 21 Sustainable Communities which is funded by many federal agencies private corporations and non profit groups. Its goal is to implement worldwide control over all land, water, minerals, plants, animals, all means of construction, energy, education, information and control of all human beings in the world. Before you think your a member of the "tin foil hat" club, I invite you to visit all the links in my post. You can do a simple search of Herriman's City Plan Handbook to see it is full of Sustainable Development propaganda, and other documents I will link to will show who the stakeholders in your council and community government are from as far back as 2003. You've heard the phrase, "follow the money?" You may, or may not know Kennecott plays a major role in your communities master plan. There is a way you as an individual and a community can fight back.

Fight Back

Educate Yourself-

Who is funding Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development in your area.

Who are the local stakeholders advocating for this initiative in your community/state.

Coordinated efforts with your neighbors can be very effective in all of these areas for educated action.

Write letters to the editor. The more letters the better. Support the letters with public comment.

Name the stakeholders and their influence on your city officials and contractors.

Attend City Council Meetings. Speak out. Beware of the Delphi Technique. If your are ignored...

Prepare a new release, bring it to the next meeting and pass it out to all attendees including the media. You can send this to the news organizations in your area if you are not sure they will be attending.

Call your local radio talk shows and voice your concerns.

Arrange a demonstration outside the council hall or in your neighborhood.

Post signs in your neighborhood.

Put a stop to "Consensus Meetings" and Development in your city. Adopting policy by consensus usually excludes public feedback and is unconstitutional. "Government of the people, for the people, by the people shall not perish from the earth."-Abraham Lincoln

It seems it always takes something like this to wake up the citizenry when their families and their communities are experiencing the negative effects of the elite few against the many, but with this "crash course" on how to take on city hall you'll be on your way to a fight for freedom and the lovable, livable community you've always wanted! As Winston Churchill once said, "If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a small chance of survival. There may even be a worse case: you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

Boycott the Movie Non-Stop!

Hollywood is often referred to as “Tinseltown,” because nothing is actually real in the entertainment industry.

We’ve seen the latest example of how detached from reality the entertainment industry is with the release of what can only be described as a disgraceful movie starring Liam Neeson: Non-Stop.

We urge everyone to boycott this movie!!!

Non-Stop is a dreadful suspense/action thriller about an airliner that is mysteriously hijacked, with some of the passengers and crew murdered by a hidden “terrorist.”

But in the case of Non-Stop, Hollywood’s discreditable political correctness crossed the line with an outrageous plot twist that carries with it a distinctly anti-American, anti-military message.

It turns out that the “terrorist” hijacker who is anonymously murdering innocent passengers on the commercial airliner is a 9/11 family member/military combat vet who is fed up with “meaningless” war.

That’s right, when the villain was a child, he lost his father in the Al Qaeda attack on the World Trade Center in New York. He later joined the U.S. military and fought for America in the war on terrorism. This experience turns him into a monster and he decides to commit the same kind of mass murder that killed his father.

So, in one film, the producer, Joel Silver of Silver Pictures, and his crew manage to ridicule and insult (1) 9/11 family members, (2) combat veterans who have fought for our security and (3) the military campaigns to overthrow Saddam Hussein in Iraq and the Taliban in Afghanistan.

But that’s not all. The film doesn’t stop its ridiculous preaching with those slurs.

Believe it or not, this reprehensible movie gets even worse.

The movie’s hero who comes to the aid of the protagonist, thereby saving the day, turns out to be a Muslim doctor, complete in Muslim garb and full beard.

This is especially ironic given that Al Qaeda’s leader, Ayman Al Zawahiri, is himself a doctor and former professor of surgery at a medical school in Egypt. And, by the way, the ringleader of the 2007 Glasgow Airport bombing attack in Scotland was also a Muslim doctor.

As if all this was not enough, most of this atrocious movie was filmed at studios in the New York City area, where most of the surviving 9/11 family members still live and work to this day.

Producing a movie that makes a villain out of victims of Jihadist terrorism and demonizes our war veterans who are, in reality, heroes who should be revered and respected, isn’t just a bad movie idea, it’s also an inexcusable national disgrace.

Joel Silver should be ashamed for producing such an abysmal film. Universal Pictures should be ashamed for distributing it. And though Hollywood actors are often shallow, mindless simpletons, in this case, even actors should have had the sense to turn down such a horrendous script.

No one associated with the creation of this shameful film deserves our respect or admiration.

Non-Stop is un-American, unpatriotic and anti-US military. It also infers that overthrowing Saddam Hussein and the Taliban, as well as decapitating Al Qaeda’s leadership element, was a bad idea.

We urge you: do not go see Non-Stop and tell your family and friends to boycott this appalling movie as well.

UN Disabilities Treaty on the Move
Contact Members of U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee!

Dear Champion of Parental Rights,

We are hearing from multiple sources that the U.S. Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee is gearing up to hold hearings on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The plan is to hold the hearings sometime next month.

The Senate needs to hear from you immediately that this already defeated UN treaty must not be ratified by the U.S. Senate. The United States Senate must not surrender our domestic sovereignty and the care of children with disabilities to unelected, unaccountable UN bureaucrats. Parents know best how to care for their children with disabilities. U.S. law is the gold standard for ensuring that people with disabilities are protected and able to participate in all areas of U.S. society.

The U.S. Senate will be in recess next week, which means that your senators are back in your state meeting with constituents. Please do three things:

Call and email your two U.S. senators and urge them to oppose the UN CRPD. The Capitol Hill Switchboard is 202-224-3121, and you can use this link to email your senators.
Find out if there is a constituent meeting in your area, or see if you can visit your U.S. senators while they are on recess. You can visit our States Page, click on your state, and then click on your senators to find their personal webpage.
Please forward this email to your friends and family, and educate them about the dangers that this UN treaty poses to parental rights, homeschool freedom, and our nation’s sovereignty.

Your message to your senators can be as simple as the following:

“I urge you to oppose the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This treaty surrenders U.S. sovereignty to unelected UN bureaucrats and will threaten parental care of children with disabilities. Our nation already has laws to protect Americans with disabilities. This treaty is unnecessary and will hurt families by giving bureaucrats the power to decide what is in the best interests of a child with disabilities, not the child’s parents.”

What is Agenda 21?

UN Agenda 21/sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world.

When was it implemented?

The United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (also known as the Stockholm Conference) was an international conference convened under United Nations auspices held in Stockholm, Sweden from June 5-16, 1972. It was the UN's first major conference on international environmental issues, and marked a turning point in the development of international environmental politics. It having considered the need for a common outlook and for common principles to inspire and guide the peoples of the world in the preservation and enhancement of the human environment.
