The Coronavirus Citizens Grand Jury Proceeds with Presenting Evidence.


In October of 2020 Reiner Fuellmich outlined a case for a Class Action Lawsuit against those who perpetrated the SARS CoV-2 Coronavirus (COVID) Pandemic.  He and other Attorneys who partnered with his in several countries, including the United States of America haves spent over a year collecting evidence from experts worldwide.  They have now assembled their evidence and are now beginning proceedings to The Citizens' Grand Jury, the last avenue for Hearing when the Public Government Courts REFUSE to hear Evidence on any matter, The People must then resort to convening a Grand Jury of their own to address the matter, God's Law demands it!  The following Statement was released February 2022.

Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion Empowering Public Conscience through Natural Law ‘Injustice to One is an Injustice to All’ Concerned lawyers from nations across the globe, working with esteemed scientists and medical experts, have come together to present the legal, scientific, and medical reasons why the populace must stop the Covid-19 measures and refuse the mRNA based injections that forced upon them. This Grand Jury Investigation serves to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of Crimes Against Humanity committed to date. 

We realize, of course, that the courts of law in the current systems, just like the health care systems, our systems of education, and the (global) economic order are compromised and dominated by those who are responsible for the measures that need to be stopped. We have chosen the Grand Jury Investigation as the procedural foundation on which this proceeding takes place. But the proceeding itself will take place outside the current system, which in our view, is irreparably corrupt. That is, indeed, why we are not filing this case in one of the systems’ courts of law, which includes the International Criminal Court or the European Court of Human Rights. 

Rather, we believe that it is of the utmost importance that the people themselves realize that they, their families, communities, and regions, are the only legitimate source of a truly “bottom up” democratic governance. Therefore, we, the people, must 3 International Grand Jury Proceeding take back our sovereignty from those who have taken it from us and delegated it to anonymously and “top down” operating global corporations and institutions like the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum and their minions, the so-called Davos clique, or: Mr. Global. 

For this purpose, we have created our, that is: the peoples´ own court of law, the People´s Court of Public Opinion to conduct this Grand Jury investigation. This makes sure that this case of Crimes Against Humanity gets a fair hearing and will not be thrown out by the systems´ courts on dubious procedural grounds, or that a judge who is willing to apply the law as he should and thereby defies “Mr. Global’s” interests will be persecuted by the system´s puppets as happened in Weimar to two such judges. 

This proceedings main purpose (apart from demonstrating actual evidence to the world and serving as a model proceeding for future legal cases to be filed) is to show a complete picture of what we consider massive Crimes Against Humanity rather than just discussing pieces of the puzzle. The supporting evidence will be presented by real lawyers and real expert witnesses to examine the evidence under the auspices of a real judge accurately and truthfully. 

The court is completely independent and works only for the people for the protection and restoration of the rule of law, democracy, and our constitutions. 

It is important to note, however, that each one of the participating lawyers has filed and will continue to file similar cases in their countries’ existing judicial system, and that these cases will be supported by our joint, worldwide effort. 

The Grand Jury Court of Public Opinion´s initial purpose is to shine a bright light on all the details and actions that were committed under the guise of a pandemic and constitute Crimes Against Humanity. This proceeding will hopefully motivate people across the globe to institute criminal proceedings and civil proceedings (for damages, including punitive damages) against all those who are criminally and civilly responsible for atrocities committed in their communities and regions. Some judiciaries (India´s for example) may still be functioning and willing to serve the people in whose’ name they are supposed to render justice. But in many countries, especially in Europe, where the judiciary (just like the political system, including the 4 International Grand Jury Proceeding health care system, the education system and economic system) has been infiltrated and compromised by those who committed the Crimes Against Humanity the legal system is irreparably broken. Where this is the case, we, the people must reinstall the rule of law and democracy, based on our constitutions by setting up our own system of courts and justice. 

Thus, the ‘Peoples´Court of Public Opinion´s investigations are to provide guidance and to motivate national and international actions of transitional and transformative justice. It shall serve as a jump-start investigation that will be followed by many national criminal and civil proceedings as mentioned above. 

Whichever path might be suitable under the conditions in your country, it must be peaceful and guided by democratic proceedings that constitute a citizen approved “judicial” system that strives towards transparency, equity and moral progression. In so doing, these proceedings aim to assist those segregated societies to escape the current tyrannical system and to address the inhumane shortcomings that have emerged under a socially constructed, but, in fact, fabricated state of health emergency. Essentially, this is a global call to action, and these proceedings shall become the foundation of social reforms that will help communities to heal, but also hold all the perpetrators of these Crimes against Humanity responsible. 

The urgency of the present matter cannot be understated. We all are responsible for re-claiming the citizen’s mandate of governance in our countries, and as a global community of human beings with respect for each other and other cultures, are called to ensure that human rights are preserved NOW and in the future. 

The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of many highly respected medical and scientific scholars from around the world and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal, will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation, by which they will provide the People’s Court of Public Opinion with a complete and comprehensive picture of these crimes committed against humanity.

Time For The Mask To Come Off and The Gloves To Go On!

Holding the "Powers That Be" Accountable for Lockdowns and Real Damage Caused by Local, International Elite and Their Cronies.




There is no question as to the real damage that has been caused since the WHO (World Health Organization) declared SARS COV-2/COVID-19 a Global Pandemic.  They have since rescinded their classification, but the damage has already been done.  Global Elites and Local Government Leaders have each usurped the individuals right to make their own medical decisions, instituting lengthy quarantine measures, social distancing, outlawing religious gatherings and requiring wearing of masks at all times, even for the very young, including while outdoors!  Although this is not a complete list of mandates, the fact is, these people are not doctors and the effects upon individuals is real!



Individuals are impacted by not being able to interact with one another and this includes commerce and employment.  Children learn by leaps and bounds by seeing what those close to them do, this includes facial expression.  Quarantining and wearing of face masks alone have far-reaching effects on us.  The simple act of providing for you and your family financially has suffered immensely.  Not to mention the personal side effects resulting from isolation, depression, substance abuse, psychological trauma, physical and sexual abuse and pornography, many times resulting in death or suicide.  Children's developmental progress is stifled resulting in their inability to connect with their own parents and family members that may perpetuate the effects listed above creating a mental health crisis.


These effects mandated by governments and their cronies have real measurable impact on people's lives!  There is real evidence here that can and should be used against everyone who has taken control of individuals rights to make decisions for themselves and to be left alone!  Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a consumer protection trial lawyer in Germany and California.  He is a member of a Corona Investigative Committee in Germany.  After concluding their investigation Fuellmich is proposing a Class Action Lawsuit against those responsible for the lockdowns.  From the local level all the way up to the W.H.O. and many of the big pharma companies in between.  He is working very hard to end the insanity and make those responsible financially liable.  Fuellmich suggests investigations against the perpetrators of these lockdowns.  That the individual officials responsible for them must be launched stating, "the individuals should have every penny of their net worth turned over to those they harmed financially and prison sentences for those where it is proven the lockdown and associated orders caused physical injuries including death."  Fuellmich continued, "I don't expect the proceeds from such perpetrators awarded to those financially damaged to match the damage done, but the award of positive damages that strips these perpetrators of everything they have can serve as a warning to every future tyrant who may think of trying something like a lockdown."  This impending action is intended to end the absurd lockdowns and other COVID-19 executive orders.


In September Governor Gary Herbert, in a blatant display of hypocrisy, held a political fundraiser in which his, "rules for thee and not for me" was documented as reported by Eric Moutsos, evidence given to him by a friend where everyone at the $2,500.00 a plate party was seen breaking every rule the Utah Political Elite have mandated for us serfs!  The governor was filmed wiping his nose on his hand and afterwards shaking hands with several individuals.  Herbert was quoted in a local newspaper saying, "people who ignore health guidelines and those who are out there promoting social gatherings almost in defiance of the recommendation by our best minds in science and medicine that say social distancing is an important aspect of how we slow the spread and how we maintain our economy to stay open."  Governor Herbert is medaling in Utah County Government in order to push Utah County Elected to implement his mandates for mask and limits on group distancing and participation, violating the First Amendment.  Herbert claims, it's all because "it's my home county", but "the locals are technically really in charge."  This tyranny must stop!  Whether it be a large protest in Germany or a protest in a Utah County Public Park, we must unite and organize.  


A good place to start is the PCR "Test", it is not a test but a process.  It determines what is detected in RNA.  It has been documented and testified to by many real doctors that the PCR process detects human DNA and the CDC (Center for Disease Control) has mapped this molecule detected as the "virus", when in fact the CDC has published the specific signature as CTCCCTTTGTTGTGTTGT (Human DNA).  These doctors have also testified that the molecule component in the RNA must be amplified a minimum of 40 - 60 times in order to even establish it is there.  This molecule may just be a minuscule remnant of a persons body fighting off a cold in the past.  The reality is, they are grasping at straws!  Fuellmich contends that, "the COVID-19 Pandemic was over-hyped, and it is still being misused to spread needless angst among the citizens to get them to surrender their liberties, and thankfully someone agrees with me, and commit crimes against humanity!  He hopes this will put the U.S. Justice System in motion.

America's Frontline Doctors Stand Up To Fauci & Birx In Their Ivory Tower

America's Frontline Doctors have been silenced by social media, ignored by mainstream media and poopooed by President Trumps Coronavirus Task Force.  These doctors believe the constitution protects their right to practice medicine and the right for American's to remain free.  You will hear, laced within their testimony, the loss of America's freedoms and their desire to put a stop to the fear and scare tactics, and death and destruction and a plea to end the lock step lockdown!  It is important to note that many of the conditions under which we are currently living were the vehicle that many communist nations experienced in the early stages of their own takeover!  The only difference, the technology that makes the efforts of the W.H.O., Fauci, Birx, Adams, Gates and so many more, possible to indoctrinate us into believing their lies and being able to see, in real time, who is believing them by wearing masks and self quarantining etc. etc. etc.  This fraud has resulted in a "Global Reset", but we don't understand that WE have the power to crush their lollipop dreams and make an economy we want, WITHOUT THEM IN IT!  Problem is, we don't realize we have the power!

Pandemic Or Panic? What The Experts Are Saying!

12 Experts Are Questioning The Coronavirus/Covid-19/Wuhan Flu PANIC!

Below is a list of twelve medical experts whose opinions on the Coronavirus outbreak contradict the official narratives of the Main Stream Media, and the memes so persistent on social media.

Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi
Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi is a specialist in microbiology.  he was a professor at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and head of the Institute for Medical Microbiology and Hygiene and one of the most cited research scientists in German history.

What does he say?

"We are afraid that 1 million infections with the new virus will lead to 30 deaths per day over the next 100 days.  But we do not realize that 20, 30, 40 or 100 patients positive for normal Coronaviruses are already dying every day.

[The government's anti-COVID19 measures] are grotesque, absurd and very dangerous . . .  The life expectancy of millions is being shortened.  The horrifying impact on the world economy threatens the existence of countless people.  The consequences on medical care are profound.  Already services to patients in need are reduced, operations cancelled, practices empty, hospital personnel dwindling.  Al this will impact profoundly on our whole society.

All these measures are leading to self-destruction and collective suicide based on nothing but a spook." 

Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg

Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg is a German physician specializing in Pulmonology, politician and former chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.  In 2009 he called for an inquiry into alleged conflicts of interest surrounding the European Union response to the Swine Flu Pandemic. 

What does he say?

"Politicians are being courted by scientists . . . Scientists who want to be important to get money for their institutions.  Scientists who just swim along in the mainstream and want their part of it. . .  And, what is missing right now is a rational way of looking at things.

We should be asking questions like, "How did you find out this virus was dangerous?", "How was it before?", "Didn't we have the same thing last year?", "Is it even something new?"  That is missing."

Dr. Joel Kettner
Dr. Joel Kettner is professor of Community Health Sciences and Surgery at Manitoba University, former Chief Public Health Officer for Manitoba province and Medical Director of the International Center for Infectious Diseases.

What does he say?

"I have never seen anything like this, anything anywhere near like this!   I'm not talking about the pandemic, because I've seen 30 of them, one every year.  It is called Influenza.  And, other respiratory illness viruses, we don't always know what they are.  But I've never seen this reation, and I'm trying to understand why.

I worry about the message to the public, about the fear of coming into contact with people, being in the same space as people, shaking their hands, having meeting with people.  I worry about many, many consequences related to that.

In Hubei, in the province of Hubei, where there has been the most cases and deaths by far, the actual number of cases reported is 1 per 1000 people and the actual rate of deaths reported is 1 per 20,000.  So maybe that would help to put things into perspective." 

Dr. John Ioannidis

Dr. John Ioannidis Professor of Medicine, of Health Research and Policy and of Biomedical Data Science, at Stanford University School of Medicine and Professor of Statistics at Stanford University School of Humanities and Sciences.  He is director of the Stanford Prevention Research Center, and co-director of the Meta-Research Innovation Center at Stanford (Metrics).

He is also  the editor-in-chief of the European Journal of Clinical Investigation.  He was chairman at the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology, University of Ioannina School of Medicine as well as adjunct professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.

As a physician, scientist and author, he has made contributions to evidence-based medicine, epidemiology, data science and clinical research.  In addition, he pioneered the field of meta-research.  He has shown that much of the published research does not meet good scientific standards of evidence.

What does he say?

"Patients who have been tested for SARS-COV-2 are disproportionately those with severe symptoms and bad outcomes.  As most health systems have limited testing capacity, selection bias may even worsen in the near future.

Could the Covid-19 case fatality rate be that low?  No, some say, pointing to the high rate in elderly people.  However, even some so-called mild or common-cold-type Coronaviruses that have been know for decades can have case fatality rates as high as 8% when they infect elderly people in nursing homes.

If we had not known about a new virus out there, and had not checked individuals with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests, the number of total deaths due to 'influenza-like illness' would not seem unusual this year.  At most, we might have casually noted that flu this season seems to be a bit worse than average.

Dr. Yoram Lass

Dr. Yoram Lass is an Israeli physician, politician and former Director General of the Health Ministry.  He also worked as Associate Dean of the Tel Aviv University Medical School and during the 1980's presented the science-based television show Tatzpit.

What does he say?

"Italy is known for its enormous morbidity in respiratory problems, more than three times any other European country.  In the U.S. about 40,000 people die in a regular flu season and so far 40-50 people have died of the Coronavirus, most of them in a nursing home in Kirkland, Washington.

In every country, more people die from regular flu compared with those who die from the Coronavirus.

. . .there is a very good example that we all forget: the Swine Flu in 2009.  That was a virus that reached the world from Mexico and until today there is no vaccination against it.  But what?  At that time there was no Facebook of there maybe was but it was still in its infancy.  The Coronavirus, in contrast, is a virus with public relations.  Whoever thinks that governments end viruses is wrong."

Dr. Pietro Vernazza

Dr. Pietro Vernazza is a Swiss physician specializing in Infectious Diseases at the Cantonal Hospital, St. Gallen, and Professor of Health Policy.

What does he say?

"We have reliable figures from Italy and a work by Epidemiologists, which has been purlished in the renowned science journal <Science>, which examined the spread in China.  This makes it clear that around 85 percent of all infections have occurred without anyone noticing the infection.  90% of the deceased patients are verifiably over 70 years old, 50% over 80 years old.

In Italy, one in then people diagnosed die, according to the findings of the 'Science' publication, that is statistically one of every 1,000 people infected.  Each individual case is tragic, but often, similar to the flu season, it affects people who are at the end of their lives.

If we close the schools, we will prevent the children from quickly becoming immune.

We should better integrate the scientific facts into the political decisions."

Prof. Hendrik Streeck



Prof. Hendrik Streeck is a German HIV Researcher, Epidemiologist and Clinical Trialist.  He is a Professor of Virology, and the Director of the Institute of Virology and HIV Research, at Bonn University.

What does he say?

"The new pathogen is not that dangerous, it is even less dangerous than SARS-1.  The special thing is that SARS-CoV-2 replicates in the upper throat area and is therefore much more infectious because the virus jumps from the throat to throat, so to speak.  But, this is also an advantage:  Because SARS-1 replicates in the deep lings, it is not so infectious, but it definitely gets on the longs, which makes it more dangerous.

You also have to take into account that the SARS-CoV-2 deaths in Germany were exclusively old people.  In Heinsberg, for example, a 78-year-old man with previous illnesses died of heart failure, and that without SARS-2 lung involvement.  Since he was infected, he naturally appears in the COVID-19 statistics.  But, the question is whether he would not have died anyway, even without SARS-2."

What does he say?

"The problem of SARS-CoV-2 is probably overestimated, as 2.6 million people die of respiratory infections each year compared with less than 4000 deaths for SARS-CoV-2 at the time of writing.

This study compared the mortality rate of SARS-CoV-2 in Organization For Economic Co-operation Development (OECD) countries 1.3% with the mortality rate of common Coronaviruses identified in AP-HM patients (Public Assistance Hospital de Marseille) 0.8% from January 1, 2013 to March 2, 2020.  Chi-squared test (X2) was performed, and the P-value was 0.11, not significant.

. . .it should be noted that systematic studies of other Coronaviruses, but not yet for SARS-CoV-2 have found that the percentage of a-symptomatic carriers is equal to or even higher than the percentage of symptomatic patients.  The same data for SARS-CoV-2 may soon be available, which will further reduce the relative risk associated with this pathology."

Dr. David Katz

Dr. David Katz is an American Physician and founding director of the Yale University Prevention Research Center.

 What does he say?

"I am deeply concerned that the social, economic and an public health consequences of this near-total meltdown of normal life - schools and businesses closed, gatherings banned - will be long-lasting and calamitous, possibly graver than the direct toll of the virus itself.  The stock market will bounce back in time, but many businesses never will.  The unemployment, impoverishment and despair likely to result will be public health scourges of the first order."

Michael T. Osterholm

Michael T. Osterholm is Regents Professor and Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota.

What does he say?

"Consider the effect of shutting down offices, schools, transportation systems, restaurants, hotels, stores, theaters, concert halls, sporting events and other venues indefinitely and leaving all of their workers unemployed and on the public dole.  The likely result would be not just a depression but a complete economic breakdown, with countless permanently lost jobs, long before a vaccine is ready or natural immunity takes hold.

The best alternative will probably entail letting those at low risk for serious disease continue to work, keep business and manufacturing operating, and 'run' society, while at the same time advising higher-risk individuals to protect themselves through physical distancing and ramping up our health-care capacity as aggressively as possible.  With this battle plan, we could gradually build up immunity without destroying the financial structure on which our lives are based."

Dr. Peter Goetzsche

Dr. Peter Goetzsche is a Professor of Clinical Research Design and Analysis at the University of Copenhagen and founder of the Cochrane Medical Collaboration.  He has written several books on corruption in the field of medicine and the power of Big Pharmaceutical companies.

What does he say?

"Our main problem is that no one will ever get in trouble for measures that are too draconian.  They will only get in trouble if they do too little.  So, our politicians and those working with public health do much more than they should do.

No such draconian measures were applied during the 2009 influenza pandemic, and they obviously cannot be applied every winter, which is all year round, as it is always winter somewhere.  We cannot close down the whole world permanently.

Should it turn out that the epidemic wanes before long, there will be a queue of people wanting to take credit for this.  And we can be damned sure draconian measures will be applied again next time.  But, remember, the joke about tigers.  'Why do you blow the horn?'  "To keep the tigers away.'  "But, there are no tigers here.'  'There you see!'"
