The Truth Behind Utah's Manufactured Drought & An Unlimited Untapped Supply Of Water via Primary Water - HB150

Utah Legislature/Governor Cox Selling Utah's Mineral Rights to Large Foreign Corporations Who Are Using the Water in the Great Salt Lake to Leach Brine Rich Lithium.

Utahan's have been led to believe that Utah is in a serious drought.  All media and line of sight all contribute to this illusion.  But, Utah has a dirty little secret they are hiding!  Underground piping from several Reservoirs, like Deer Creek & Utah Lake and the Bear, are being harvested to the Great Salt Lake.  And, although the Great Salt Lake is the lowest I've ever seen it, the water was there but, "someone" decided to turn on those 1980 era Pumps without Utahan's knowledge and drain that water into the West Desert!   What might the Utah governments motives be for doing this?  It turns out that Utah harbors one of the largest Lithium deposits!  Our Mineral Rights have been sold to large foreign Corporations like, Japan, Korea, China, Australia and Canada, and Corporations like Compass Minerals, Global Battery Metals, US Magnesium (one of Utah's biggest polluters) and Anson Resources without our consent!  Utah Elected decided, with it's bureaucratic agencies, that they no longer cared about "the little guy" like the Brine Shrimp harvesters or the Sailing enthusiast's!  I don't know how many of you have been out to the Docks, but the government agencies have that thing blocked off with fencing with a toll shack curtailing any human activity there. All the boats have been beached!  It turns out that those human activities were not generating enough revenue for the "powers that be"!  The State is claiming they own the land, including the lake and surrounding area, so they have usurped the land without the residents permission and sold it out from under us!  Another question persists.  Why are they hiding all of this illegal activity from Utahan's and using the draining of the Great Salt Lake as a ploy to get Utahan's to support their legislative action to burden Utahan's with rules & regulation and constructing a fine structure to keep us from using the water God gave us?  No, no state or city/government OWNS that water!  God gave it to us, period!

The Utah Legislature has been actually been working on this theft of water and rights for several years now.  In 2018 they were taking active legal paths to take away Utahan's Water Rights.  We were part of that process, not knowing what was their ultimate goal.  By serving us legal summons' through USPS we were asked questions and asked to sign and return papers regarding any water right we may have.  We made a call to James on May 27, 2018 and we were told that the Water Rights Public Meeting would not include anything about "irrigation, canals or ditches", but ponds, creeks, streams and wells.  Our ditch was rerouted when they built homes on the family farm property behind our home in the late 90's.  Jacob Anderegg let it slip that he is going to go after people who use water for agricultural purposes.

The sale of our resources to ANYONE or any Corporation or Foreign Country should be put to a vote and those who reside within the borders of this state should be justly compensated for the taking of those resources.  If not, THIS IS THEFT!  The People of Utah should require compensation by a Severance Tax, name it whatever you wish, when you sever our minerals from our land for profit, there is no other way to describe it.  If the corporate profit is not worth that risk we keep our resources, no harm, no foul!  These Corporations would pay say, 25% - 30% of their profit. The revenue generated would be given to The People of Utah in the form of Dividends. This is akin to what Alaska did, Sarah, Palin, Governor at the time made this announcement. Severance taxes not only spread the wealth, they spread income from finite resources more evenly across boom-and-bust years. (Learn the truth about big oil/fossil fuel). All being said, no matter the unconstitutionality of it all, ANYONE can see the tall tails the government and its' agencies are perpetrating upon The People by constructing a water shortage, at the very least it is immoral if not, illegal hiding the fact that The People's resources are being STOLEN!

Like Oil, Water is a "Renewable".

Everyone should learn about what is called Primary Water.  It is not part of the Secondary Water System that we are taught about in school.  This water is located within the earths crust and is being constantly created by the reaction between Hydrogen & Oxygen, the symbol of H2O we are all familiar with, problem is we have neglected to pursue that knowledge as it is ever present within the earth.

New York UN Office Recruits Paramilitary Troops for ‘Disarmament’ and ‘Reintegration’ of US Civilians

 

 

The United Nations is now accepting job applications in New York City, New York for Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration officers to “contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments.”

The job listing was posted to the U.N. careers homepage on Dec. 26, and notes that “female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position” because “the United Nations Secretariat is committed to achieving 50/50 gender balance in its staff.”

UN DDR forces operate under the intergovernmental organization’s Department of Peace Operations to “assist” the Member States, including the United States, in a boots on the ground capacity.

The job listing describes the UN’s core values as “.”

Applicants eager to conduct DDR “field missions” are required to have “seven years of relevant experience in disarmament affairs, political analysis or in national military or paramilitary service” and an “advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in disarmament affairs, military studies, political affairs, economics, international relations, or a related field.”

The UN describes the Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration protocol as “a complex process, with political, military, security, humanitarian and socio-economic dimensions.”

Key components of DDR as defined by the UN include disarming the civilian population and “the development of responsible arms management programmes” and the implementation of mass detainment camps:

"Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons of combatants and often also of the civilian population. Disarmament also includes the development of responsible arms management programmes.

Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active combatants from armed forces or other armed groups. The first stage of demobilization may extend from the processing of individual combatants in temporary centres to the massing of troops in camps designated for this purpose (cantonment sites, encampments, assembly areas or barracks). The second stage of demobilization encompasses the support package provided to the demobilized, which is called reinsertion.

Reinsertion* is the assistance offered to ex-combatants during demobilization but prior to the longer-term process of reintegration. Reinsertion is a form of transitional assistance to help cover the basic needs of ex-combatants and their families and can include transitional safety allowances, food, clothes, shelter, medical services, short-term education, training, employment and tools. While reintegration is a long-term, continuous social and economic process of development, reinsertion is short-term material and/or financial assistance to meet immediate needs, and can last up to one year.

Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian status and gain sustainable employment and income. Reintegration is essentially a social and economic process with an open time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level. It is part of the general development of a country and a national responsibility, and often necessitates long-term external assistance."

The UN website notes that “it is important to break outside of the traditional view of DDR participants as only being adult males carrying weapons, and remember that DDR participants and beneficiaries may fit all types of profiles including female ex-combatants and women associated with armed forces and groups, children, youth, the elderly and persons living with disabilities.”

UN hopefuls hoping to work in New York and “contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments” can submit their applications to become DDR officers December 26, 2019 through February 8, 2020.

How Media Shapes The Narrative While Perpetualy Labeling Agenda 21 Sustainable Development Activists As "Crazies"

Mentioning Agenda 21 and Its Action Plan Sustainable Development Are Synonymous To Talking About Aliens and Spaceships - But that's the way media, politicians and Corporations want it.

Many readers who find themselves here on this site may wonder what does being imprisoned for building a pond on your property, being held in prison without bail or waiting for over a year for a trial, being abused in prison, cattle grazing controlling the weather or facebook and so on, and so on, and so on have to do with Agenda 21 Sustainable Development?  If you listen to the main media, corporatists and politicians they will tell  you, "that's just how crazy these people are, it's their reason for everything they don't like.  Don't listen to them, they have no idea what they are talking about!  There is no 'secret plan', and WE should know"!  A 2012 Reuters Article is a good example of this.  The writer Nick Carey interviews several Tea Party activists in states like Iowa, Texas, South Carolina and Tennessee among others, including interviewing those who sounded the alarm on Agenda 21 like John Anthony, Heather Gass and the Republican National Convention which resulted in Carey peppering his article that was picked up by The Huffington Post with terms like "grand conspiracy", "communist hunters", "anti-sustainable" and "un-hinged wacko nut jobs" throwing a net of "conservative tea partiers" over them all and quoting politicians and the Chamber of Commerce and ICLEI saying, "this U.N. Agenda does not exist" and by opposing it they are hurting the economy and refusing homes to the homeless masses and denying global warming calling it a "wrong-headed approach".  The article also uses the U.S. Census Bureau's "prediction" that the population will double by 2050, what I like to call the "population bomb", it's their  virtual ticking time bomb and so we better get building and reordering society so we are ready once it explodes!  I haven't been able to find any of my local politicians that don't use this scare tactic.  Don't forget to look at the "tea party smear campaign" linked to in the article.  Remember the Lois Lerner attack on the Tea Party?  Conspiracy Theory this! Casey also interviewed the American Planning Association.  They are known as the "head of the spear" where Agenda 21's Sustainable Development deployment is concerned.  The APA was subsidized heavily in its campaign to completely reorder modern society as we know it envisioned by the U.N. Globalists.

It is worthy of noting that Nick Casey did an interview in preparation for his article with Rosa Koire in which he name drops some of the people and places he met them in his article, but did not even mention his interview with Rosa in his article.  Why?  Rosa has as reputable of a reputation and knowledge of Agenda 21 as Michael Coffman, Henry Lamb, Tom DeWeese, Ron Paul, Michael Shaw, Heather Gass, John Anthony, Stan Monteath, Christopher Monckton and Ted Gunderson.  Rosa did a very good job at dispelling rumor and getting him to relinquish the type casting he was doing, but he wouldn't abandon his disparagement of the Tea Party as if it was bad thing.  Although Koire described herself as a Democrat who has spoken at Tea Party gatherings, she uncovered the agenda while doing work in her field of property evaluation and assessment.  It was as big of a shock to her as it is to all of us.  Koire described well how it came about and how it is moving forward in real ways.  She told Casey, "these are not my words, these are theirs", in describing the "why" this plan must be implemented.  Koire told them, "Agenda 21 is not a term [we] came up with, the United Nations named it that".  She told Casey that we are not all "crazies", we are telling people what is printed in their plan of sustainability.  Koire challenged Casey, telling him he had a great opportunity, to tell the truth about the agenda and those individuals and organizations that are playing a pivotal role in implementing it.  He finished his interview asking Koire for a list of "other nut cases" around the country he could talk to.  Rosa reminded him about her website and her book where he could find source documents and cliff notes version of the plan, but in the end she found just another smear article instead.  It fit well within the Huffington Post conspiracy theory agenda.  It is important that we continue to talk about it since its increasingly gaining a foot-hold and working its way into a strangle-hold upon the neck of the American people and our way of life.  Rosa reminded Casey that she refers to Agenda 21 as the green mask, not because [we] are scary but because it is! 

We are not talking about green aliens taking over our planet, just those green with envy and power hungry elites in America and around the world who want to eliminate the middle class and enslave us all.  Remember its written in their plans and you are feeling it in your pocketbook, in restrictions of every kind and imprisonment ignored by government at all levels.  It is true that although the APA's servey says only six percent of their sample of Americans oppose Agenda 21 we must be having some impact on the plan because they keep changing the language associated with their agendas and groups, while still hiding behind the skirt of others.  They changed the name under the Obama administration to Agenda 2030 and ICLEI has changed their name to Local Governments for Sustainability because, who is not for sustainability?  We challenge all skeptics to learn the truth about the agenda and who is behind it, the list is exhaustive but you can find significant portions here and here.  Learning about these people and their corporations will help you in seeing HOW they are implementing the agenda first and foremost in your town/city, county and state.  Watch it expand across America and around the world.  We are deep into it here in my state of Utah, although our legislature passed a resolution banning Agenda 21 in our state.  I have personally witnessed the passing of clearly Agenda 21 legislation despite the resolution barring its implementation, two of which were passed on the day I was there, one associated with U.S. Congressman Chris Stewart.  It was so blatant in the language itself lawmakers were completely oblivious to what it was saying, or were they?  Let's control the narrative by continuing to reveal their plans to all that will hear.  The mainstream media will always try to paint us as "wackos" but it doesn't change the facts.  The best place to start is in your community.  Speak up, write letters, pass out fliers, there are still a lot of people out there who are so caught up in the distraction of Washington Politics that they aren't focusing on what's going on in their own back yard.  Like Rosa Koire said, "this is not a conspiracy theory Nick, this is a conspiracy fact"!  Join us!  Start here, start somewhere.  The world needs American's to expose this corruption and defeat it before it's too late.

Low income and ethnic neighborhoods have traditions, history and family ties. Yet city Smart Growth programs, funded by federal grants, attack with bulldozers, destroying small local businesses and private property. If you have read Wayne Hage's book "Storm Over Rangelands Private Rights In Federal Lands" you will understand the elite plan to lock up access to the land in the west by using U.S. Congress and the environmentalist agenda to do it.  Wayne documents in his book how this was done and how it has been their intention so institute an "army" to do it.  That's right!  The elite, by using environmentalist, launched a plan to pass legislation that would incrementally encroach upon American rights to acquire and own land, institute National Parks and restrict use of western lands for livestock, timber, and to a lesser extent mining through regulation by agencies such as the National Parks Service, Bureau of Land Management, Environmental Protection Agency among others.  The elite preferred these regulations be enforced at the point of a gun, but the times were not ripe for such an agenda, so they were willing to wait. These elites are now saying to themselves, "don't you just love it when a plan comes together"?  Now we have the militarization of our environmental agencies depicted in the NPS and BLM at Bundy Ranch and being questioned by Sen. Mike Lee in committee, but the elites love it when a plan comes together, and with other damage done to America through their agendas, they don't mind waiting, even if it takes 50 - 100 years!

 

 

As I have been very interested in private property rights for many years the Wayne Hage Case has been very important demonstrating the usurpation of these rights.  I have featured quotes from him in some of my earliest posts here, and so it with that in mind that I continue to post on the subject, including this latest update from the Hage Family after their ranch was foreclosed on in recent weeks, and evidence of more corruption in our courts, this case again featuring a ruling by Judge Gloria Navarro, Bundy Trial fame. 

 

The Ultimate Land Clearance

Recently the Wall Street Journal carried a front-page feature by Jim Carlton highlighting my family, the Hages. It attempted to cover the plight of western ranchers and our 40-year David and Goliath struggle to prevent the federal government from taking our ranch without just compensation through government threats, intimidation, prosecution, and abuse of discretion.  Pine Creek Ranch is now in foreclosure.  We have won enormous landmark victories for western ranchers in multiple bench trials, including a $14 million judgment against the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and in a separate court ruling that the government had engaged in a conspiracy beginning in the 1970s to take our vested water rights and grazing preferences. However, on appeal, the federal courts twisted themselves into a legal pretzel to rule in favor of the government, finally taking our ranch judicially.  Like so many other ranchers before us (many personal friends), we are packing up and moving off the land in a modern-day, government-sponsored land clearance. What is not well-known is the shocking lengths to which the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as the Department of Justice, went to circumvent law, law of the case, rules of procedure, and rules of ethical conduct to manufacture rulings which whitewash government misconduct. In light of the nonstop headline news swirling around DOJ and federal courts, it is worth noting that the rank lawlessness we are witnessing on the nightly news is not limited to a few political appointees, but is endemic throughout the courts and federal agencies.  Since moving to Pine Creek Ranch as a high school freshman with my parents in 1978, I have had a front-row seat from which to view the lengths to which the government would go to drive my parents and so many other ranchers like them out of business.  After winning three administrative appeals against the USFS each costing between $50,000 to $150,000 to defend the government retaliated in 1991 by raiding the ranch with a 40-man Forest Service swat team to impound 104 head of cattle. It then sold the cattle and kept the proceeds. The USFS perpetrated the raid based upon false allegations of overgrazing without providing us the constitutional protections of procedural due process of law before the cattle and our livelihood were stolen. Two massive civil cases the 1991 Constitutional Fifth Amendment Takings Case of Hage v. U.S. and the 2007 trespass case, U.S. v. Hage were born out of my family having to defend our constitutionally protected property rights in court on a ranch which was otherwise rendered worthless by the government’s actions.

Since 1991, we have slogged through nearly three months of actual court days in several separate bench trials, a jury trial, state water adjudication and contempt hearing against the government, the testimony of numerous witnesses, and review of thousands of exhibits. Two independent federal judges from two separate jurisdictions separated by more than a decade of time, after lengthy trials with actual evidence, concluded that representatives of the United States from the BLM and the USFS acted in coercive, fraudulent manners towards my family.  Judge Loren A. Smith, chief judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, after two bifurcated bench trials in a 20-year-long case, with a total of five weeks of trial where actual evidence was presented concerning the manner in which these agents of the U.S. government abused their discretion and power against the Hage family, concluded that any attempt by the Hages to negotiate or attempt to comply with the demands of these agents and their bureaucracies would be futile. Smith ruled in favor of the Hages finding that the actions of these agents constituted a pattern and practice designed to deprive the Hage family of its vested water rights, 1866 Act ditch rights-of-ways, and range improvements which resulted in a judgment for the Hages of over $14 million.

The government appealed. After a 30- minute hearing in the appellate court, three judges determined that had the Hages filed a request for a special-use permit the Forest Service would have granted it, and since the Hages did not file such a request, the case was not ripe, and therefore dismissed. This despite the fact that there was no requirement to file for a special-use permit, and despite the fact that Judge Smith specifically found that any attempt by the Hage family to work cooperatively with USFS or BLM agents would be futile. Unfortunately, the U.S. Supreme Court did not grant certiorari on this matter, leaving the Hages without a remedy.  Judge Robert C. Jones, chief judge of the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada, after a four-week civil trial, with careful consideration of over 21 days of testimony and evidence, and an additional four days of a separate contempt-of-court hearing, determined that the representatives of the USFS and BLM acted in a manner specifically to conspire to deprive the Hage family of its vested property rights, in particular stock-water and grazing preferences, as Judge Smith had previously found in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Jones specifically found that the conduct of these bureaucrats “shocked the conscience” of the court.

The court also named the Department of Justice attorneys as possibly being a part of that conspiracy. Judge Jones found evidence of fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud on the part of the federal agents and of racketeering or RICO. He specifically charged several of the USFS and BLM representatives with contempt of court and ruled in favor of the defendant, Wayne Hage Jr., and the Estate of Wayne and Jean Hage. Finally, the BLM and USFS, which had arbitrarily cancelled the Hages’ grazing permits in the early 1990s, were ordered by the court to reinstate the Hage Estate’s grazing permits.  After a 40-minute hearing in the 9th Circuit, the three-judge panel determined that no lucid judge would have made these findings absent some bias or prejudice against the government. This despite the fact that the findings made by Judge Jones in Nevada, after independent consideration of overwhelming evidence, made virtually identical findings to those previously made by Judge Smith in Washington, D.C.  As a result of the court’s disbelief that representatives of the government would act consistent with the findings of Judge Jones, the 9th Circuit reversed Jones’ decision, remanded the case back to the district court level, and directed Judge Gloria Navarro to rule in favor of the USFS and BLM. This case was also appealed to the Supreme Court, which for the second time did not grant certiorari in the absence of Justice Scalia, again leaving the Hage family without a remedy.

Judge Navarro, a newly Obama-appointed federal district judge from the District of Nevada, was assigned to enter a judgment in favor of the United States against Wayne Hage, as a result of the 9th Circuit’s ruling that Judge Jones was biased and prejudiced against the United States. She dutifully relied on the allegations of representatives of the DOJ regarding damages incurred by defendant Hage. She accepted the government’s allegations without an evidentiary hearing and despite the fact that no evidence concerning the cause or amount of those alleged damages had ever been introduced in any court. This resulted in the United States being awarded a judgment against Wayne Hage Jr. in the amount of nearly $580,000, although the actual amount supported by evidence presented at trial by the government was a mere $15,000. The punitive amount of this judgment is currently on appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  This same Judge Navarro was the junior judge assigned to the criminal case against the Bundy family and other defendants. Judge Navarro in two separate Bundy defendant trials had, like in the Hage hearing, ruled entirely for the government during the course of those trials, in a manner that was shockingly biased to many court observers. However, last December in the third trial involving Bundy family members, evidence was presented concerning the agents from the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office, BLM and FBI engaging in fraud, misrepresentation of material facts to the court, and collusion against the Bundys.  These agents had concealed over 3,000 pages of exculpatory evidence from the defense team in violation of Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. Judge Navarro was presumably left with no choice but to dismiss the Bundys with prejudice, which she did. She specifically noted that the BLM and DOJ engaged in “flagrant misconduct” and “deliberate attempts to mislead and distort the truth.”  In addition to the fact that three different federal judges have specifically found a pattern and practice of inappropriate and even illegal behavior by representatives of the DOJ, BLM, USFS, U.S. Attorney’s Office, and FBI, additional evidence of gross misconduct has recently come to light via a BLM whistleblower. The so-called “Wooten Memo,” written by the BLM’s lead investigator on the Bundy matter, contains many charges against government agents including a chilling reference to a “kill book” which was bragged about by head BLM enforcement officer Dan Love.  The 18-page memo reveals that the pattern and practice of the federal land-management agencies were, by design, intended to violate the constitutional rights and to deprive U.S. citizens such as the Hage and Bundy families of their property. A second Wooten whistle- blower memo was just discovered but it has been ordered to be sealed by the court by Judge Navarro, who continues to refuse to release the 3,000 pages of exculpatory evidence to the defendants in the Bundy trials.

The lengths to which the appellate courts have gone to substitute their own findings of fact for those of the trial judge, or to charge the trial judge with bias in order to avoid ruling on the merits of a case, or to utilize any other legal loophole in order to rule over 90 percent of the time in favor of the federal government is a sheer travesty of justice. The Hage cases are Exhibit A for why ranchers do not believe they have a snowball’s chance in hell to prevail against an all-powerful federal master, no matter how strong the evidence or how many judges agree with them.

As a DOJ attorney said to us during court-ordered settlement talks, they weren’t concerned about Judge Jones’ ruling because “we get everything we want from the 9th Circuit.” DOJ attorneys also informed us at another time that it is “Justice Department policy to get privately owned water into government ownership.”  We unfortunately don’t have congressional investigators combing through court documents, emails and texts, secret warrants or phone taps, etc., in numerous cases where the BLM, USFS, EPA and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, enabled by the Justice Department and FBI, have targeted property owners and other land users for destruction. Dwight and Steven Hammond are currently sitting in jail, charged as domestic terrorists for a backfire that accidentally burned a small piece of adjacent vacant federal land.  LaVoy Finicum was shot and killed by snipers on the side of the road.  Raymond Yowell, the Dann sisters, Ben Colvin, Danny Martinez, Kit Laney, my family, and many others have watched their livestock and livelihoods hauled off by the BLM and USFS in cattle trucks at gunpoint without being afforded procedural due process of law or just compensation.  It is no surprise to us that agents charged with enforcing the law would attempt to prosecute trumped-up charges to topple a duly elected president. Sadly, the evening news looks eerily familiar.
