Utah County Voice Silenced For Sounding The Alarm On Vaccinations

Looking back, I never considered the fact that I would become skeptical of my government.  I have voted in every election as far back as I can remember upon eligibility.  I trusted my government had my best interests at heart and never expected them to do anything contrary to the Constitution, if that happened there would be consequences.  I also felt the same about my family doctor.  All of this really came to a head in 2000 as I watched federal government usurp our liberties and take over part of our lives through dictatorial policies and programs that I thought would be better managed by us!  We The People!  It was then I started writing to my senator and congressman letting them know, "I'd like them to leave me and my family members alone, we can make better decisions about our lives on our own and would be better off."

In the 90's I was misdiagnosed by my family doctor, given an explanation that made NO sense at the time, prescribed a remedy, which included prescription drugs, and sent on my way.  I left SCRATCHING MY HEAD!  His diagnosis made no sense!  I followed his advice none the less giving priority to his authority as a doctor over my own gut!  After suffering, do to his advice, I seized treatment.  Including disposing of the prescription drugs, I went on to try to forge my way forward, despite the destruction that had taken place in my life.  The set backs, the time my family had lost with my "old self"!  This began my realization that doctors don't know everything, but their decisions on my behalf ruined my life in more ways than I care to go into here as they are very personal.

In the last 10 years, like many others, I have felt it my duty to look at the world around me and learn more about the subjects that interested me.  As a youth I felt like I got gypped in school.  Subjects that excited me only to be shortchanged by only the mere mention of important, factual events.  I have found out more about "conspiring men" than I every would have conceived of!  I have spent countless hours researching on a myriad of subjects, some I never would have imagined.  One thing led to another opening my understanding to all.  I found the "gems" of our society hidden from our view.  I wondered, "how did I not know about these good people sounding the alarms?"  I think I have gained a wealth of information with very little out of pocket expense, as opposed to many paying thousands of dollars to a system that is more about indoctrination than the truth.  I wouldn't trade the knowledge I have now for anything in the world.

As a parent the convergence of this learning has caused some outrage and sorrow on my part, as I trusted to much in the "system" and not enough my own understanding.  One of my biggest outrages comes from vaccinating my children.  I remember taking them in to the county health department and being asked to read those disclaimer forms which, I read, every word.  I sat in my chair in the waiting room with the uneasy feeling about the warnings given and all the possibilities of what COULD happen.  I reluctantly signed the forms and proceeded to wait until my children and I were called back for the procedure.  Looking back after my research on vaccinations, I am appalled at what they contained, what is now injected into their system which can never be removed!  Substances that have changed their DNA forever!  And now it's vaccinations on steroids, and my grandchildren are the guinea pigs!  In an effort to alert my children to the facts I post this blog.

I learned the difference between vaccinations and immunizations.  In the 80's they were called immunizations.  We kept "immunization records."  I have since learned, almost like anything spearheaded by people with a hidden agenda, everything is opposite.  Immunization is, for the most part, what I received as a child.  I experienced the Mumps, (swollen jowls and all!  I'd post a photo of my 2 sisters and brother and I all lined up in bed together eating ice cream, but I think you get the picture:) Measles and Chicken Pox, therefore I have a lifetime immunity to these diseases.  And, "um-mm!  The ice cream!"  I can remember, even when my children where young, family and friends informing us that their children had chickenpox.  Many times the response would be, "send them over, we want to get it over with."  It was, most likely, "going to happen anyway" might as well get it out of the way.  In the majority of cases it was not fatal.  That is how you become IMMUNE.  In modern day medicine they have provided vaccines.  They are man made substances.  They are pharmaceuticals.  They are manufactured, and inconsistently at that.  They contain substances they don't tell you about.  (You'll never look at a piece of chewing gum the same again!)  Even in the 1900's they contained foreign substances.  But, people like me put their trust in the system and my children were vaccinated thinking this would be the "be all, end all."  Even back then there were damaging, and even fatal, results.

I am also posting this as one of Utah's Papers is silencing opposing views to vaccination.   The Utah County based Paper, "The Daily Herald", employed a freelance writer Pamela Romney Openshaw.  She submitted an op-ed entitled, "Forget Compulsory Vaccinations" to The Herald for posting, in hopes of awakening the Utah County public to the dangers of such, and to encourage fact finding for parents, to open the public's eyes as to why vaccinations?  And, what they contain, WHO is behind them.  Her article was met  with criticism from a Daily Herald Executive David Kennard, doctors, including Russell J. Osguthorpe who penned his endorsement of vaccinations while at the same time advocating parents work with their healthcare providers to make sure their children receive vaccinations, encouraging inquire, but only if you seek answers through "his" recommended source.  I have linked to a copy of Openshaw's editorial in The Daily Herald from their archives, neither Kennard or Osguthrope provide links in their rebuffing.  In fact it so enraged Kennard that he published two of his own articles back to back on the subject a day after Openshaw's article!

I'll leave it to you to read each of their articles, I just dedicate my space to addressing some of their points, written or implied.  

Dr. Osputhorpe points out that the few physicians Openshaw references are, "only a few."  I would remind Osputhorpe that he and his co-signers are also "a few"!  Openshaw advocates research of these physicians and their findings while Osputhorpe, through the Herald, wants to put a stop to independent research or inquire to suit [their] own interests.  Most physicians get their marching orders from big pharm incentives and with the US Supreme Court protecting them, it makes it too easy.

Now to David Kennard.  In his first article where he compares Amish to LDS, his conclusion is with a "get back in line" attitude where he states, "Get vaccinated and get your children vaccinated. It may not be the law, but it certainly is the responsible thing to do."  'But, we are wiping our site clean of Openshaw's "take a look see" editorial where individuals are alerted to facts they can investigate, information the Main Stream Media, even if it's your local paper, will not publish'!  In his second article, published one day after his first, he uses Jan Rogers letter where she "calls out" Openshaw for posting undocumented information on the truth of vaccinations, (although anyone can find the facts right from the "horses mouth!"  Take the "lazy" route.  There are lots of videos on YouTube in the doctors own words, many of which have been maligned by the main stream because they dare to speak out!)  Rogers goes on to speak for the LDS Church, quote, "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints actively supports measles vaccination campaigns." but provides no link to official press release or other documents to back up her claim.  As Rogers is an employee of the Utah County Health Department her letter is proof that she also believes that parents and individuals don't have the freedom to think and act for themselves!  To all my readers, living in Utah and being LDS is a two edged sword!  Public and Press alike, like to blame everything on the "Mormon Culture" and this case is no different.  Although we understand everyone has their freedom to choose, in this case, the Main Stream Media, Healthcare Professionals and Employees of the State alike, are telling the LDS Community in general to, "sit down and shut up!"  Obey your "leaders", (although undocumented in this case.)  Don't "look behind the curtain."  "Substitute someone else s judgement for your own."  "You are free to make your choice, as long as it is the one [WE] give you!"  In politics this is what "condemns" them!  Truth Be Damned!  (I'm sure that if Leaders of the LDS Church knew vaccinations contain aborted fetus "material" they would have a different opinion.)  Opposing positions will not be tolerated!  All that aside, Kennard was so incensed he pulled out the "big stick" of opposition, trying his best to silence the debate!

Pamela Romney Openshaw was dismissed without acknowledgment by The Daily Herold.  She simply disappeared!  "Scrubbed" by the paper who published many editorials by her, followed by many who received the paper.  When some who followed her column regularly wrote asking the paper,  "why she hadn't appeared in the paper following the vaccination article?" Some are being told, "she was not dismissed, she can write and submit editorials at anytime."  In the case of Openshaw "there are several issues here--freedom of speech and press, of course, but also the shutting down of opposing information that denies us the right to make informed decisions; the inappropriate power exercised by special interest groups. In addition, "the potential for compulsory vaccinations on adults and children--can you imagine what that could do? Even if it doesn't materialize, the discussion should be challenged.....Of all the issues with this, the most disconcerting is the lack of freedom of speech. It is the purpose of a newspaper to present both sides of the story so others can discover--not find, as it already exists--the truth. When one side is shut down, truth is the victim. 'Openshaw's' column obviously did its job--it created discussion. As a general principle, any group wanting to stifle discussion should be suspected of manipulation."  I couldn't agree more!  Had I not done my own research prior to Openshaw's editorial I would not have come to the defense of the truth.  I only wished I had this information available to me as a young parent.  

So, to my children, I ask for your forgiveness for putting your little beautiful, growing and developing minds and bodies through the "forced vaccination" program.  Your DNA has been changed forever, and who knows how much of what you suffer health-wise today and in the future, is do to those foreign substances you were injected with?  I encourage all my readers, do the research.  Decide for yourselves.  I will provide links to many of the facts that helped me.  My regret?  I didn't have access to information given to me at the State Health Department or my family doctors office informing me of my CHOICES, they only presented me with the dangers they could cause.  They sought my consent without telling me I wasn't obligated.  My only hope is that it will influence others to act to protect them and those they love.

I found this little "gem" as I concluded my post.  Information I wished I'd had had in the 80's, as this woman was experiencing her nightmare at the same time.

Utah Division Of Air Quality A Witness of One

Overwhelming Opposition to Governor Gary Herbert's Proposed Ban On Solid Fuel/Wood Burning

Salt Lake County Public Comment Session January 15, 2015 Time: 6:00 pm.

I arrived at, what I thought would be plenty of time to get a seat and set up my camera to record the proceedings.  I was HAPPY to see the meeting was going to be well attended.  I observed 2 local news agencies there, ABC4 and FOX13, although there could have been others, those are the two I noticed.  It was a steady stream of people filing through the front doors at the Department of Environmental Quality Building.  The meeting room had two entrances, the room set up to accommodate around 250 people, the room was already full beyond capacity, I would estimate around 350 people were in attendance.  I could hardly get in the door, but was hopeful I would find a place for good viewing and my small camera.  To no avail!  I decided to scavenger the outskirts of the room in hopes of finding a spot.  I did get lucky and found an empty seat on a row towards the front.

I had prepared a statement of opposition in hopes that I could speak, but after filling out the paperwork, the meeting was called to order.  I'm not an expert at these things, but as I understand it, you have to have your papers filed before the meeting starts.  I was nervous.  I didn't know if I was in the minority in my opposition or not.  The woman conducting the meeting gave the rules, in short she said, "there are over 60 people who want to speak, [they] were going to allow people 3 minutes, but do to the many who wanted to take a turn, the limit was now 2 minutes.  This would take around 1 1/2 hours.  Don't repeat what someone else has said.  Let's get started!"  In short, this is what I observed.

I was pleased to see that there was overwhelming opposition to the proposed ban.  There were only from 7 to 10 people who addressed the board who advocated for it.  Although we were asked not to repeat ourselves, it happened.  I can't fault people though, for it is their forum to express themselves.  In the beginning there were several "stakeholders", as the government like to call them, we are just the huddled masses!  They included businessmen and organization heads advocating for the ban, including Dr. Brian Moench an anesthesiologist who organized Utah Physicians For A Healthy Environment, much like Center for Science in the Public Interest who had an opinion and a fax machine?  The three people who declared war on popcorn as an unhealthy snack!  It also included two women from Utah Mom's For Clean Air, in which the founder Cherise Udell the groups founder, (not a Utah native by the way), telling us how the inversion hurts kids and causes autism!  Ms. Udell is also a member of Earth Justice, a group of lawyers making it their mission to bilk the taxpayer out of millions by taking businesses and property owners alike to court.  Just thought you should know WHO is behind these efforts.

The majority of those who spoke were in opposition, business owners who supply wood to the public a chimney sweep and Joe Citizen alike.  It was nice to hear the economic impact this would have on small business, and this in tern focused on the burden restaurant and fast food industry.  MANY opposed the wood burning ban but just pointed their big finger at something else, diesel trucks, trains, cars, air planes, geoengineering and state vehicles.  Although I do wonder what the real impact having the Salt Lake International Airport smack dab in the Salt Lake Valley has on the air quality, you never hear a peep from anyone about it!  You have to remember, it is the "Crossroads of the West!"  It was revealed by someone who was in attendance at the Tooele Meeting that, "according to the representatives, this is a done deal!"  And, "we have been referred to as the low hanging fruit."  And, "wood burning only accounts for 5% of particulates."  No one went the property rights angle I wished to take.  The supposed "experts" kept referring to junk science saying, "it's settled", which brought reaction from the crowd, as to which the woman conducting the meeting scolded and told us she wouldn't tolerate reaction of the sort.  I was frustrated by the fact that almost everyone who opposed the regulation told of how THEIR fireplace was certified by the EPA and thereby cow-towing to the board, paying homage to the system that is hellbent on strangling their private property rights.  It did bring a laugh when one person pointed out how they arrived at the meeting early and made note of the FOX13 van outside running it's engine the whole while people were arriving, and just to witness, as I was one of the last people to exit the building they were sitting in their van again with the engine running!  I don't care what they do, but I did find it funny do to their piece on the news that evening.  There was an Indian woman from a local tribe who stood to inform the governor that his regulation would violate tribal law.  And, a few people pointed out the fact that the Indians who used to inhabit this valley anciently used to refer to it as the "Smokey Mountains."  Another score for my pointing out we have a topography problem not a pollution problem!

To whom it may concern,

I would publicly like to voice my opposition to the ban on solid fuel/wood burning proposed by Governor Herbert and the Utah Division of Air Quality.  I am opposed to any requirement to resister a fireplace or wood stove with any government agency.  I am opposed to the taxes, fees, penalties and additional costs that this regulation would require.  I oppose this regulation as it infringes on private property rights enshrined in our founding documents.

Justice Richard B. Sanders, Washington State Supreme Court said, "Our state and most other states define property in an extremely broad sense.  Property consists not merely in it's ownership and possession, but in the unrestricted right of use, enjoyment, and disposal.  Anything which destroys any of these elements of property, destroys the property itself.  The substantial value of property lies in it's use.  If the right of use be denied, the value of the property is annihilated and ownership is rendered a barren right."

The fact is that the truth about CO2 has been turned upside down.  There is actual science that supports this fact.  The Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow released a report of actual experiments and data were collected that proves that Carbon Dioxide in the "Gas of Life!"  It shows how the increase in CO2 as high as 800 ppm increased plant growth, helped prevent disease and damage do to drought conditions.

If the regulatory agencies really wanted to do something about the air quality I would suggest they look up!  The truth is this there are geoengineering projects going on in the skies of Utah.  The governors budget includes earmarks of $800.000.00 per year for it's schemes in which silver iodide is put into our air, water and landscapes.  The US Governments program has been on steroids since the inauguration of our new president in which other heavy metals are being dumped in our air.  Proof of these programs can be obtained at Geo Engineering Watch.org.

The US Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works released a report July 30, 2014 entitled: "The Chain of Environmental Command: How A Club of Billionaires and Their Foundations Control the Environmental Movement and Obama's EPA", which is readily available on the Internet.  It details the mechanisms and methods of a far-left environmental machine that has been erected around a small group of powerful and active millionaires and billionaires who exert tremendous sway over a colossal effort.  The report covers only a small fraction of the amount of money that is being secreted and moved around.  The Billionaires Club operated in relative obscurity hidden under the guise of "philanthropy" as it intended to mislead the public and create "phony science" and propagandize it through their media sources, until uncovered by this committee.

The fact is regulation enacted by EPA edict has fostered the loss of our freedoms and in many instances, has resulted in losses of life and property.  In the case of CAFE Standards alone, depending on weather you use the Brookings Institutes study or the USA Today findings for every 500-lb of weight reduction fatalities increased by 2,200-3,900 and serious injuries by 11,000-19,500 per year.  Add those numbers up per year.  If we applied these numbers to any third world country we would considered it genocide! 

In short, I do not consent to private property rights being infringed.  Private Property Advocate Wayne Hage said, "If you don't have the right to own and control property then you are property."  And John Adams said, "The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the law of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence."

Salt Lake County Health Department is moving forward but will not fine offenders until January 1, 2016!    Done Deal?  Seems so!  Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams announces SLCOHD decree to police the matter and assess fines.  Proof that non-elected groups make regulation/laws that trample on personal property rights and are in the business of imposing taxes, collecting fees and penalties, and conducting unlawful inspections in the name of the "public good." The regulation is now on the books!  (PDF viewing available)  We have so many agencies within our local, state and federal government, and there is so much crossover.  They are stepping on each others toes to wield power over us!  Like a wise man once said, "when you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail."  Truth is environmental activism and the propaganda they create is BIG BUSINESS!  Here are the top 15 on the Billionaire's Club funding to key environmental activist organizations (from page 22).

Although I planned on including a link to the audio archives of the DAQ Public Comment Session in SLC, I have scoured their site and have been unsuccessful at finding the audio or a transcript of the meeting.  The woman conducting the meeting that evening told everyone that they would have the archives updated by the following day.  When I find it, I will update this post to include it.

Utah Governor Gary Herbert Fires Warning Shot On Personal Property Rights

Utah Air Quality Board seeks to ban solid fuel burning which includes wood

 

Utah Legal Notices published the notice to the public for the ban on burning solid fuel as requested by Governor Gary Herbert, which means that he is wholeheartedly behind this usurpation of private property rights! The Governor, UDAQ, UCAIR and the EPA are all working together in this effort.  The legal notice states that those who only have solid fuel as the sole heating source for their property "could" get an exemption if they have a PERMIT "decreed" by the Division Of Air Quality!  Call me crazy but, am I the only one that sees "Constitutional Violation" here?

 

An Opposing View To The Proposed Ban

 

 

In a Fifth Amendment treatise by Washington State Supreme Court Justice Richard B. Sanders (12/10/1997) writes, "Our state, and most other states, define property in an extremely broad sense. That definition is as follows: 'Property consists not merely in it's ownership and possession, but in the unrestricted right of use, enjoyment, and disposal.  Anything which destroys any of the elements of property, destroys the property itself.'  The substantial value of property lies in its use.  If the right of use be denied, the value of the property is annihilated and ownership is rendered a barren right."

As the Founding Father John Adams said, "The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the law of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence."

Rancher and Property Rights Advocate Wayne Hage said, If you don't have the right to own and control property then you are property."

 

Private Property Rights In Part Mean: 

     1.  The owner's exclusive authority to determine how private property is used.

     2.  The owner's peaceful possession, control and enjoyment of his/her legally purchased deeded private property.

 

In CATO's Handbook For Policy Makers they are trying to encourage congress to act, in giving guidance to federal agencies, the courts and giving property owners a single forum in which to seek injunctive relief and just compensation promptly.  They advocate that America's Founders understood clearly that, "private property is the foundation not only of prosperity but of freedom itself."  That through "common law", state law and the Constitution they protected property rights, "the rights to freely acquire, use, and dispose of property."  With the growth of modern government, however, those rights have been seriously compromised.  Property is the foundation of every right we have, including the right to be free!

John Lock inspired Thomas Jefferson when he drafted the Declaration of Independence, stated simply, "Lives, Liberties, and Estates which I call by the general Name, Property."  And James Madison, the principle author of the Constitution echoed, "as a man is said to have a right to his property, he may be equally said to have a property in his rights."  Common-law judges understood that property separates one individual from another, and that, "individuals are independent or free to the extent that they have sole or exclusive dominion over what they hold."  Americans go to work everyday to acquire property just so they can be independent.

In protecting property rights, if property once acquired could not be used and enjoyed, and the right of sole dominion, with the right to exclude others, a right against trespass, or a right of quiet enjoyment, and the right of active use, common-law is on the side of free use.  The people are not required to obtain a permit before they can use their property no more that people are required to obtain a permit before they can speak freely.  Concerning the takings clause, the burden is upon those who object to a given use to SHOW how it violates a right of theirs.  That amounts to having to show that their neighbor's use takes something they own free and clear.  If they fail, the use may continue.  Thus, the common-law right of free use only when a use encroaches on the property rights of others, therefore a regulatory scheme in which rights of active use end when they encroach on the property right of others.  When the cost of the benefit to the public falls entirely on the owner, that would amount to plain theft.  It was for this very reason that the Founders wrote the takings clause in the first place.  Bad, in that the public take what it wants by condemnation, at least it should pay rather than ask the owner to bear the full cost of it's appetite.  It is here that modern regulatory taking abuses are most common in government at all levels try to provide the public with all manner of amenities, especially environmental amenities, "off budget."  As noted earlier, there is an old-fashioned work for that practice, it is "theft" and no amount of rationalization about "good reason" will change that.  Even thieves have "good reasons" for what they do!

We should recognize that the problem of regulatory taking begins with the regulation!  The Founders did not think to specify that regulatory takings are takings too, and subject to the Just Compensation Clause.  They did not imagine the modern regulatory state.  They did not envision our obsession with regulating every conceivable human activity and our insistence that such activity, residential or business or what have you, take place only AFTER a grant of official permission!  We have almost reached the point at which it can be said that everything that is not permitted is prohibited!  That is the opposite of our founding principles, "everything that is not prohibited is permitted, where permitted means freely allowed not allowed by permit!"

 Listen-I could go on about property rights, regulation, the takings clause and all the rest of it, but I've said too much already!  The great thing about our Founding Fathers and Documents is they are clear and concise.  Notice they can fit on a good sized piece of paper.  They were understood by all, common knowledge, if you must. They weren't "muddied" or diluted!  If you "follow the dots" from God on down, they are easy to understand.  If our "law makers" of today would apply the Founders work as originally intended things would be simpler.  Legislation and Regulation would be limited to one piece of paper and not thousands of pages per bill, per regulation!  Enough said!

 

The truth about Carbon Dioxide/CO2

It is interesting to watch people, cast out everything they learned in junior high school science class out the window, and replace it with the great global warming swindle.  Science used to teach us that CO2 was what made our ecosystem work.  If it didn't work this way we, and the planet, would sease to exist!  In fact, the Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow released a report, containing REAL SCIENCE, entitled Carbon Dioxide: The Gas of Life.  The report states that carbon dioxide/CO2 is a miracle molecule for plants.  Where does this miraculous, nutritious carbon dioxide come from?  It lists, oil, natural gas, gasoline, diesel and coal, organic matter releases carbon dioxide when it is burned: grasses, wood and dung in heating fires used by millions all over the world-as well as forest and grass fires and homes and buildings when they burn down.  Bio fuels like ethanol when we use them in our cars and trucks, whether those fuels were derived from corn, algae, switch grass or palm oil.  It also lists, Beer, champagne and soft drinks-and bread, pizza donuts and cakes-also release carbon dioxide as part of the fermentation process.  Natural mineral springs, like the one in France used by Perrier, also contribute to atmospheric CO2 concentrations.  Of course, fish, sharks and whales, dogs and cats, lions, tiger and bears, elephants, humans, insects and all other animals exhale carbon dioxide when they breathe. We can't leave out volcanoes and the periodic shifts in ocean current patterns in the southern tropical pacific, known as El Nino and La Nina, also affect carbon dioxide levels.  The study reminds us that all these human activities combined pump about 70 million tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere every day.  This sounds like a lot, but it's actually trivial.  Earth's total atmosphere weighs about 5.7 quadrillion tons; so the daily human contribution of CO2 is equivalent to about ONE PENNY out of $1 million!

Numerous Studies Document How Higher CO2 Levels Benefit ALL Plants, and In Turn, Benefit Every Living Thing

The study states that an increase CO2 by 300 ppm (parts per million) improves productivity of herbaceous plants by 30-50 percent, and woody plants by 50-80 percent!  A study conducted on loblolly pines found that in above-normal temps and CO2 at 700 ppm the pines did even better.  The study confirmed that the higher the CO2 the better, better plant growth and better tolerance to high temperatures!

So, what happens in plants when carbon dioxide levels increase?  Green plants use carbon dioxide to create food for themselves-to grow, survive and propagate.  In the process, directly or indirectly, they create food for all life, including humans: either we eat the plants, or we eat meat, eggs or dairy products from an animal that has eaten plants.  Literally thousands of studies demonstrate that higher atmospheric carbon dioxide levels enhance the growth of all plants and food crops-directly, by helping them create more of their edible parts, or indirectly by helping them resist drought and pollution!

More CO2 in the air means enhanced rates of photosynthesis and biomass production for virtually every kind of plant and every part of the plant: wheat and rice, corn and alfalfa, peas and beans, cotton, trees of every description, sugarcane, and almost anything else you can think of...stems, branches, roots, seeds, flowers and edible parts...on every continent...and in every ecosystem, from temperate forests to tropical rain forest's, mountain areas, deserts, lakes, rivers and oceans!

Plants use carbon dioxide as their most fundamental and essential building block.  More CO2 generally means more and larger flowers; higher seed mass and germination success; and improved plant resistance to droughts, diseases, viruses, pathogenic infections like downy mildew disease, air pollutants like ozone, and salt or nitrogen accumulation in soils.  It improves the ability of plants to utilize land, water, soil nutrients and fertilizer.  Is any of this sounding familiar yet? 

 

The United States Senate Committee on Environmental and Public Works Staff Report

Entitled: "How a Club of Billionaires and Their Foundations Control the Environmental Movement and Obama's EPA" dated July 30, 2014 reveals...

    In detail the mechanisms and methods of a far-left environmental machine that has been erected around a small group of powerful and active millionaires and billionaires who exert tremendous sway over a colossal effort. Although startling in its findings, the report covers only a small fraction of the amount of money that is being secreted and moved around. It would be virtually impossible to examine this system completely given the enormity of this carefully coordinated effort and the lack of transparency surrounding it. 

The failure to openly acknowledge this force and the silence of the media with whom they coordinate further emphasize the fact that until today, the Billionaire’s Club operated in relative obscurity hidden under the guise of “philanthropy.” The scheme to keep their efforts hidden and far removed from the political stage is deliberate, meticulous, and intended to mislead the public. While it is uncertain why they operate in the shadows and what they are hiding, what is clear is that these individuals and foundations go to tremendous lengths to avoid public association with the far-left environmental movement they so generously fund.
 

The report attempts to decipher the patterns of “charitable giving.” Often the wealthiest foundations donate large sums to intermediaries – sometimes a pass through and sometimes a fiscal sponsor. The intermediary then funnels the money to other 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations that the original foundation might also directly support. The report offers theories that could explain this bizarre behavior, but at its core, the Billionaire’s Club is not, and seemingly does not, want to be transparent about the groups they fund and how much they are supporting them.
 

In advancing their cause, these wealthy liberals fully exploit the benefits of a generous tax code meant to promote genuine philanthropy and charitable acts, amazingly with little apparent Internal Revenue Service scrutiny. Instead of furthering a noble purpose, their tax deductible contributions secretly flow to a select group of left wing activists who are complicit and eager to participate in the fee-for-service arrangement to promote shared political goals. Moreover, the financial arrangement provides significant insulation to these wealthy elite from the incidental damage they do to the U.S. economy and average Americans.
 

Through these arrangements, the Billionaire’s Club gains access to a close knit network of like minded funders, environmental activists, and government bureaucrats who specialize in manufacturing phony “grassroots” movements and in promoting bogus propaganda disguised as science and news to spread an anti-fossil energy message to the unknowing public. Not only is the system incredibly sophisticated, but the Club’s attorneys and accountants have mastered the loopholes and gray areas in the tax code, which enable them to obtain a full tax benefit, even when the recipient of the grant is not recognized as a public charity, and even if the money indirectly and impermissibly funds political activities.
 

In order to understand how the Billionaire’s Club colludes with the far-left environmental activists and government officials, the report articulates the fundamental framework that governs these relationships. Essentially, the far-left environmental machine is comprised of hundreds of nonprofit organizations. Wrapping Up

I guess this my way of saying, "climate change is a scam funded by filthy rich people with an agenda propagandized by their media outlets and useful idiots designed to regulate and control everything 'under the sun' and make our lives miserable in the process!"  

The fact is, science still rules!  Burning wood isn't going to kill us, or the planet.  Asking us to register our fire places and wood stoves like firearms is absurd and infringes on our private property rights!  There's a lot of money to be made in this "climate gate" opportunist movement from government and it's cronies on down, and if they win the propaganda war, it will find it's way into every aspect of our lives without a whimper!  Well, I won't stand for it, and I hope you won't either.

Securing Utah's Vote

Is Purple the New Red?

Although many throughout the nation see Utah as one of the most conservative states, thereby suggesting that Utahans "get out to vote", that may have been true, it is no longer.  In fact, Utah previously ranked number one in voter turn out, but statistics show, as of July 2014, we rank at the bottom, Minnesota ranking in the top spot now!

Like once Whole Milk, fortified with Vitamin D, we've been diluted to 1% or Skim by an influx of progressive liberals from back east and California among other places.  Many Conservative Utahans have become frustrated, and with political representatives like Orrin Hatch, once one of the most conservative legislators, has become a progressive liberal, currently earning only a "D" in conservative circles.

As we are only days away from a Primary Election, and memories linger of the last election in which many were stunned by a republican loss to secure the Presidency, it is important to dissect not only "get out the vote" strategy but, what methods should Utah use and how to "SECURE" those votes.

There has been a push nationally in the last 6 years to broaden the scope of methods in which we vote and relax the criterion of "who" should vote.  Utah is no different.  In fact, this year the Utah GOP and SLCoGOP are, for some reason, making a "big push" for Vote By Mail.  This is being telegraphed by others too, as evidenced in several newspaper articles, and championed by Salt Lake County's current County Clerk, Sherrie Swensen.  Swensen was even quoted by a local news paper as saying, "I know some people like to go to their neighborhood polling place on Election Day, so it will take some time for them to get over that."  Now, when Constitutional Conservatives, original Tea Party members like me (before the term was "coined", I HAD to resort to writing Washington when Bush 43 was President and Ted Kennedy was asked by him to write the Education Bill and Orrin Hatch Championed the Prescription Drug Bill.), hear a plan like this your instincts SCREAM "Voter Fraud!"  Swensen and other progressives don't limit themselves to vote by mail, but are also advocating for online voting, a version of vote by mail on steroids!  In a day and age where identity theft is prevalent, Edward Snowden is in exile as he tries to "blow the whistle" on governments diabolical effort to spy on , not only foreign entities but on every US Citizen as evidenced in the building of the biggest computer server ever built for the that purpose, that popped up overnight in Bluffdale Utah of all places, not to mention a group of Defense Department Officials like William Binney, who developed programs of code breaking.  And, let's not forget people like Catherine Englebrecht and Becky Garrettson ,two of many individuals and groups who sought to educate and advocate for voter turnout and securing the vote, were TARGETED by the IRS, a taxing authority for the US Government!  How does anyone in their right mind advocate for such voting methods as those that will put our liberty at risk?  Like progressives always do, they will "fly the banner of FREEDOM and trumpet their belief that the "right to vote" is to restricted and that the poor and infirm are inconvenienced or "disenfranchised" by our current methods and for the skeptics, "won't you enjoy voting online so you don't have to stand in one?"  All the while concocting their diabolical efforts to water down conservative beat back of the progressive agenda.  Don't get me wrong, RINO's are also keen on these methods, but they are only progressives in the end as documented in Utah's Count My Vote "debacle" last legislative session, a progressive effort by prominent Utahan's and their money in an effort to rise to power locally and nationally.

In the push for VBM (vote by mail) in particular, many proponents advocate touting "increase voter participation", looking past the FACTS that it only increased voter participation initially.  As Utah's Governor's Office assembled a committee to research if the governor's office should champion an effort with the Utah legislature sponsoring a bill.  The facts indicate the voter participation spiked only the first year of VBM do to advertising and advocacy efforts by States and Municipalities that this was the method that would be used, in some cases exclusively!  Every election after that the participation rate declined.  Although there is some evidence that VBM is somewhat effective in municipal elections exclusively, it still begs the question, "how secure it it?"  The governor's committee of experts surveys indicate that 83% -87% of Utah's prefer choice in voting methods currently offered such as, early voting, vote by mail/absentee voting with the standard precinct polling method.  These numbers should not be taken lightly!  I think you'll find the VBM report to the Governors Interim Committee (VBM info. starts at the 7:54 min. mark),very enlightening as the facts are laid out, along with some concerns about how to SECURE the vote and the inherent cost that will inevitable follow, while advocates progress toward broadening the methods for casting a ballot.  In the audio you'll hear Wanda Amann, challenger to current county clerk Sherrie Swensen present some questions to the governor's committee.  I have personally talked to Amann about SLCoGOP's deliberate push for VBM this primary election and my concern for the opportunity this presents for voter fraud, and she indicated to me she had the same concerns.  Since our initial conversation she has had a chance to personally experience the ballot process in the county clerks office and has witnessed several processes that "set off the alarms."  Amann said there are problems like ballot security, backlog of clearing the voter rolls, (this may be someone who is no longer residing in our state or county but more importantly deceased individuals that could be removed promptly, as any government agency may have access to death records through a current data base).  She also has serious concerns about ID and signature verification, among others.  Amann has assured me she is committed to SECURING THE VOTE for Utah and in Salt Lake County in particular.  I think we need a change.  As the last few years have shown a significant downturn in Utah voter participation.  I have also received mailings from Swenson's office advocating, (but it feels like a shove), towards VBM.  I've been concerned about this for many years, and now, I have an opportunity to stop it!

As I take to the polls this election cycle, I reserve my right to complain, and that I'll do in my wrap up.  I'm not an advocate for many and multiple methods to vote, outside of what we are currently doing.  I advocate to SECURE the Vote!  I am in favor of Voter ID Laws.  I think people should visit their precinct to cast their ballot whenever possible, and when it's not, we have options of VBM/Absentee Ballot, although that vote could be more secure.  In an age of illegals up the wazoo and people voting multiple times and votes being cast by the dead, circumstances demand it!  And anyone who wants to secure our Republic should insist on it too!  Although I still have concerns about the manufacturer's and programmers of the voting machines, it rivals the "hanging chad", both can be used to steal an election.  It is surprising to me that as so many others like me fight to secure our election process there are many who advocate to the extreme opposite!  Our own US Citizens telling us that ANYONE who resides in our country should have a say in our political process, no questions (or ID) asked!  Yet- every other country, and their are a lot of them, do not allow foreigners these same opportunities in their country.  Just look at Mexico law for starters!  I'm no body's puppet!  And no matter what UT GOP or SLCoGOP says, I stand as a barrier between their efforts to increase the opportunity for voter fraud in our elections, and I'll fight the establishment like Englebrecht, Garrettson, Binney and others are doing to educate others on the potential for voter fraud, and how to combat it!  If we want to remain FREE, we MUST do it!  Our posterity demand it!

In conclusion.  All said and done, I don't like the idea of this "top down" effort by Utah's Governor, Committee and Legislature in making law concerning our election process.  The citizenry must cast their vote if it wants to change it's voting process.  Any changes MUST be taken directly to the people!  Not like the Count My Vote conspiracy.  The Ruling Class Elite's took that out of the public hands touting "compromise", like playing mediator between the Hatfield's and McCoy's!  We have a republic, if we can keep it!

Keep My Vote takes up the fight against SB54/Count My Vote to the 10th Circuit Court Of Appeals for Supreme Court Hearing.
